We see why he doesn't want it with Spence. Thurman is going to have to put together a good run in his next couple fights to prove himself he still belongs at the top.

Yeah, it's refreshing. Keith isn't like most boxers out there. Most wouldn't admit what he just did. He shows a side of himself that often isn't expressed. I wonder how much he still wants it sometimes. That's not to say he's not a warrior or doesn't have heart, he does. He's a pretty smart guy and has other alternatives to boxing and he's obviously a deep thinking, philosophical person. He's been hurt and injured in fights and he probably knows himself that if the for isn't in you, the ring is an even more dangerous place to be.

If he does have the desire still, I think he can give anyone a tough outing once he gets his timing and comfortability to where they need to be.

Your right, that's because hes an intelligent man as well as fighter. In 30 years watching boxing i only remember one fighter, Richie Woodhall who was equally honest. Strange unique lack of ego for a fighter.

he is. Boxing fans don't need to be champion-caliber fighters
themselves to be able to critique a fighter's performance,
especially a fighter like Thurman who has been overshadowed
            by two of his peers.
            Lol
I still can’t believe the criticism he’s getting after a two year hiatus
Just thought he could of looked way way worst and lost the fight outright
Anywho it is what it is

That's because most boxing fans have never experienced what it's like to be in the ring. Many think watching a lot of boxing somehow translates to expert knowledge.

He managed to clip Thurman several times by just following him around and throwing hooks had he set some of those hooks up with the jab I think he would have at least dropped Thurman
lopez is a shot fighter way out of his prime and even tho getting KO'd by Maidana years ago in his prime THAT Lopez would have finished off Thurman. they picked him knowing he was shot and they made a mistake not knowing how bad Thurman has gotten

Thurman, was good enough for a win but IMHO PAC would beat him..... Team Pacquiao should take advantage of this opportunity ASAP!!!!!
