Don't know what his ratings situation is, but if he found himself in a fight with a title holder or top 5 guy this year it wouldn't be surprising.
In his last fight he had a war with Charles Martin, and we all know about Martin's level.

Kownacki needs a win against a big name to force himself into the conversation, he looks too one-paced if you ask me but he's not an easy night for anyone.

Its funny but that short fatty Kownacki would stop Wilder, he totally destroyed the guy that gave Wilder a ton of problems.

What worked against Washington, take one to give two, would be a disaster against Wilder. Not saying I don't want to see the fight or that I'm writing off Kownacki's chances of winning but walking through fire might not be a good way.

Styles make fights. The fact that Wilder struggled a bit with Washington doesn't mean Kownacki would give him hell.

He would. Listen, every living body Wilder faced gave him hell. Only second Stiverne fight is an easy KO win.

Wilder is D level boxer with AA+++ power. When he lands, he lands.

If Kownacki is able to deal with Wilder`s haymakers, he can outbox him.

Wilder fought Washington after having bicep & hand surgery, so it's understandable that he start off slow & Washington still had the mentality of an undefeated fighter.
Wilder kills Little Arreola in sickening fashion.

If he goes after wilder in rd 1, wilder wont have time to land anything. Wilder hates pressure
