After last night, it looks like a 50/50 fight (I still think it's 65/35 Thurman), and Pacquiao is coming off a decent performance just a week earlier! The timing is right, the money will be right, and Thurman called out Pacquiao! Pacquiao should be on the phone with Haymon...ASAP!
Id be down to pay to see pedpac beat the dogsht outta squeaky bumtime Thurman.

This was a confidence building fight for Keith. It’s time for Pacquia/Thurman

I think it does well over 500K in PPVs! Might be time to call Jerry Jones!

Well they say your punch resistance decreases when you're not taking punches so that could have been another byproduct of the layoff.

That was your favorite part wasn't it? Too bad for you that it didn't last beyond one round

Inactivity is an absolute killer to a boxer's skills and physical condition.

It's nice to be able to talk a long time off from the ring. But if you actually care about functioning at the highest level and be running on all cylinders then you have to fight.

              And fight frequently.

Due to his body of work at WW compared to the others, I had to put Thurman top of the pile at WW until the top guys faced off. He looked way off it last night though.

I expected him to look rusty and need a few fights to get into his stride after the long lay off. I didn't expect it look how it did from 7 onwards though.

I'm not surprised he's looking towards Manny as opposed to Spence at this moment in time. But I imagine Manny/Roach will be more then encouraged with what they saw last night.

Lopez isn’t a light hitter with about 26kos. Thurman fought like a champ coming back from 2yrs of injuries. Showed resilience, durability, smarts to overcome adversity. Plus, he needed the rounds in with a lion.
