I was thinking how strange it is that he's hitting Lopez clean and seemingly hard but Lopez keeps coming forward and doesn't appear really hurt.

Lopez' toughness is underrated. Ortiz couldn't do jack to him until the rabbit punch, he went close in a rock-em-sock-em with Maidana, Canelo was too big and Berto was losing before the stoppage.

I wouldn't call him a D-level because frankly, he easily beats C-levels.

Keith totally won that fight except the round he got rocked. Most would say he got exposed, but if it were someone else, they'd say, "He got heart".

Adrien Broner vs Josesito Lopez is set to be a good next fight for both guys.

Pair it with a couple good fights that are lacking in name value, and you've got a good card for Showtime (FOX likely wants no part of Broner on their airwaves, tbh).

Even though Thurman was clearly ahead I kept thinking about how he wouldn't be able to get away with a lot of things he did vs Lopez with the more elite fighters like TC and Spence and barely did with Porter and Garcia..

Thurman kind of reminds me of when Floyd use to describe fighters as front runners, very strong in the 1st few rounds and then tends to slow down in the middle of fights

Then I had to ask myself how long would a fighter like Lopez last against Spence.. Probably not even 4 or 5 rounds...
