I think either Lomachenko or Crawford will win fighter of the decade. Floyd has a reasonable claim for the title but he was just too inactive for the second half of the decade. The man retired after all in 2017.

He would need to fight Pacquiao again for FOTD IMO. They won't give it to him if his last fight against a professional boxer came in September 2015. He deserves it though.
