    Calm Down, Pac Fan

First, let me begin by saying hats off to Manny for still looking pretty good vs a younger guy.

But, let's not get carried away here.

Broner was picked by Pac and his people because of who he has been for years now- a guy that doesn't move his hands much in spite of his obvious talent.

Unless Broner was going to totally revamp his game (and it's on him that he didn't) there was no way he was going to throw enough to outwork Pac even at 40.

The interesting thing is that somehow Broner managed to inflict much more damage on Pacquiao with his few punches than Manny did landing over twice as much.

Broner looked just like he did postfight as prefight; Manny, on the other hand, was visibly marked up and is now under a doctor's care as of this date.

All this is to say that a few of you who follow Pac need to calm the hell down.

He isn't "back"...he never will be.

What Pac is now is a guy that can make money with carefully selected opponents, a guy that will never be a threat to the best in the division.

Whataminute...I just described Pac's whole career at welterweight.

    Nevermind, maybe he is back...

That is what you wrote before the fight...

Full disclosure, I picked Broner to win this by late KO even tho I think Manny should win.

I think Pac is going to make the same mistake he made against Marquez.

He will try to look good, try to close the show, and get caught by Adrien coming in.

      Here's something else.

I am hearing from sources that have been watching Broner's camp closely that they have NEVER seen him like this, that he is razor sharp and everyone is in for a huge surprise. The sources are not connected to either camp and have no dog in the hunt. Take that any way you like.

Manny resume sh#t on ur current favorite fighter. You sound like a hater my man. Manny wont get back to what he used to be... of course he's 40 years with 70 pro fights...

You picked Broner to win but had to include Manny should win just to make sure not to make a wrong prediction. The guy you picked the get KOd got a 10-2 win over Broner at 40... Why you mad man?

The point here is that folks should just enjoy the little left of his career that they can.

Manny isn't going to fight Thurman, or Spence, or Crawford, not unless it's a farewell fight because I promise you ANY of those three will be THE LAST fight Manny has.

I doubt he will fight Porter or Garcia as well, although those are more likely than the other three.

Manny wants to make money, has got at least 2 or 3 more fights with Haymon.

My guess is the next one will be Berto or Collazo, someone else Manny can look good against.

The third- and last- fight will be Floyd or one of the young lions.

OP made posts picking Broner just as he made one picking Pedraza to beat Lomachenko then proceeded to bash the victor who proved him wrong and **** on the fights yet picked Wilder to KO Fury and was writing odes directed at Wilder for being so awesome for getting out with a gift draw.

A lo and behold, Manny is seeing a doctor, Loma looked like trash vs Pedraza only to later see Linares (Loma's signature win) get blown out by a journeyman, and Fury is getting cold feet about rumbling with Deontay again.

              Yeah, I'll take it...

You need to calm the hell down yourself, Pac hater. He beat Broner better than Mikey beat Broner so that's good fighting for Pacquiao. Nobody is saying he is as good as the Pacquiao who slaughtered Oscar, Hatton and Cotto but he is still very good and a serious threat to Porter. Broner is a top 10 world rated welterweight who recently fought a draw with top 10 world rated welterweight Vargas. How can beating the hell out of Broner not be a good win?

No, actually he didn't beat Broner better than Mikey did.

He didn't beat the hell out of Broner at all.

Good, not great win by Pac against a guy he should have beat exactly the way he did...being busier.
