WBSS semifinal dates should be announced soon on DAZN. I'm real excited about that, especially the Bantamweight tournament.

And Canelo fighting three or four times a year? Good joke.
Canelo-Jacobs is a really solid match up.
If the WBSS gets situated there are still some top match ups we can get.
Bivol was just recently signed but the best opponents are signed elsewhere. Won't be getting great match ups on DAZN unless it involves purse bids.
Getting GGG signed will be huge. Can make the Canelo trilogy or Jacobs rematch or vs Andrade. If they lost out on him then it goes without saying it is a big blow.
The US shows have been down right suspect no doubt. This is why I feel there is pressure to get Joshua stateside. His UK shows taking place afternoon time isn't going to cut it.
GGG/Canelo build up subscribers more than any fight minus maybe Wilder/Joshua. Boxing itself is only the short-term focus for DAZN until they bid on other sports leagues. They spent more on the MLB show they got rights to then they are on boxing I believe. And they only got the show, no games. If boxing doesn't prove to be worth it in terms of not bringing in the type of subscribers they need, then eventually they invest less in it and put in more on other sports.
DAZN lacks name American fighters which is putting them behind the 8 ball. That's why we keep getting Miller/Andrade/Farmer featured in a bunch of meh fights.
GBP has some really intriguing prospects like Ortiz Jr who will soon be put in good exciting fights.
So yeah, Usyk is going to return to the US for his next fight, Joshua may do the same, may get GGG signed and Canelo-Jacobs is already set. SSR vs Yafai or Estrada II would be nice. 2019 could be solid for DAZN, they just have to make the right fights.
They absolutely DO have cricket...England vs West indies is on live right now!
Canelo has to fight 3 times a year to live up to his contract. He must fight 10 more times if I'm not mistaken. Has to fight AT LEAST 2 times a year to make the deal. I don't think he's going to fight until he is 50 like BHop.

Okay, great they have cricket… Something no one stateside cares about not understands. I only log in on DAZN to watch boxing or certain Bellator cards.

They definitely have cricket, and have something else ... maybe rugby, I don't remember. Also, they have rotating old fights on to watch whenever - they had a bunch of Canelo fights at one time, and have had a bunch of Mayweather fights, Oscar DLH fights, etc.

anyways, the point I'm trying to make is that people would have likely given him slack, and not made constant threads about his failures. He said he was going to hit the ground running, he's been a failure.
And to prove my point, people still bring up PBC being a failure because it struggled at the beginning, and that was 4 years ago.

In Canada, DAZN has Champions League and MLS. And next year, they got the rights to the Premier League. Just by watching DAZN for the NFL and boxing, I've gotten into soccer. Very good cross-sport advertizing.
