Maybe he can be the bridge that will help set up fights among the three US promoters I mentioned...
I don't agree with that "bridge" remark, but he's definitely creating opportunities for these young men. I'm curious about the splits on these co-promotional deals though. I'm impressed with the infrastructure I'm seeing though.

But I think there is a good chance of both Charlo's fighting Canelo and Munguia now.
He's still Munguias co-promoter so he also has a say-so in his career.
While im a huge Munguia fan I don't think he's ready for Charlo, Hurd, or Lara. He's still young so he has time.

Ir was not an advantage.
"Nery was way over the 118-pound bantamweight division limit. On his first attempt, Nery weighed 123 pounds. He was given two hours to see how much weight he could lose. When he returned to the scale, he was 121 pounds, and the title was declared vacant. Yamanaka weighed 117.5 pounds."
First he came in 5lbs overweight...that is even over the Super Bantamweight Limit, then he still came in at 121 lbs (3lbs overweight) after draining himself. Yes that is massively overweight for that division. He had a big advantage because he didn't have to cut as much weight as Yamanaka which allowed him to be stronger and have an unfair advantage in the fight.
