It's not the fact that he continues to get present after present. It's how he ACTS following these fights.

His behavior during and immediately following GGG 1 was absolutely the most embarrassing thing I've seen in years.

He was reluctant to take a rematch because of how embarrassing and difficult it was, started taking PEDs, got popped.. then got yet another ridiculous decision and goes and fights someone who isn't even ranked who somehow has a belt.
