Why not Rivas? Just came off a career win, and he’s only 6’1 so usyk wont be facing a huge height test in his jest match.Comment

I think any good heavyweight is a good debut but the article says his going in with a top heavyweight, it all depends if Ussyk's camp sees Rivas as a top heavyweight. The other likely opponent could be Charles Martin his a name and a common opponent of Joshua.Comment

Rivas is ranked higher than Martin. Martin has no good wins to his name, and only won the IBF title because his opponent tore his ACL and MCL mid fight and couldn’t continue. Rivas is younger, more talented (in my opinion) better shape and just coming off a KO win against Bryant Jennings. Martin is 1-2 in his last 3 fights coming off a loss.Comment

I agree completely but it's how Ussyk's team and Hearn see that, I'm all for Rivas so let's wait and see.Rivas is ranked higher than Martin. It’s not his stamina I would worry about, it’s just fighting 3 decent fighters at his ages would take a long time to recover.
I think Whyte will never want any of Usyk but might pick up the pieces it Ortiz gets windmilled againComment
