Comments Thread For: David Allen vs. Lucas Browne Confirmed For April in UK

While still on the hunt for a viable challenger to unbeaten, unified titlist Anthony Joshua, promoter Eddie Hearn has managed to piece together another heavyweight fight. Rumors of a crossroads battle between former heavyweight titlist Lucas Browne and England's David White Rhino' Allen have come to fruition, with the two due to tangle sometime this spring.

Eddie Hearn needs to take a long hard look at himself putting Lucas Browne in the ring. Whyte almost killed him! He’s completely out of shape not to mention a drug cheat , shameful

Poor old Dave Allen has worse luck than David Price vs drug “cheats”: Whyte, Ortiz, Yoka have all been suspended.

I think this fight ends like the Whyte fight but could go either way. Allen wins if he genuinely trains for it

Brownes last fight was in a netball hall on front of 100 people against a guy who was under 6 foot and morbidly obese and couldn't box.

Good fight, in terms of matched ability.

          Winner gets David Price.

Browne is the man to fight when you have reached rock bottom and are getting out boxed by C grade fighters.

It worked for whyte, his one and only dominant performance vs browne has suddenly made him a world beater and worthy challenger to AJ... lol

These guys are about the same level. Both can punch & both don’t always come in the best of shape. With that being said they both do like to throw bombs so it could be a fun fight.

Lucas Browne might not even be C level, unless the C stands for 'club' level

Your right, but strangely he was a world beater when he fought whyte. And whytes best performance ... lol
