many people thought GGG won both fights, so even if Jacobs has better tools than GGG, he needs to knock out Canelo, but Jacobs isn't a bigger puncher than GGG...

yep, body shots and people forget Canelo has really good handspeed. Jacobs could see GGG punches coming. He wont see Canelos if he is worried about the body attack.

Jacob's is a bigger boxer than people think. If he plays his cards right he may make it difficult but he has to protect his chin but he can't be a late starter and he needs to wrap up, box, combo in that order. Frustrate him, I think he should get Calzaghe in business corner. A perfect trainer would be nazem.

DJ has a Khan chin, comes in at light heavyweight, and is taller than GGG. However, he’s not even close to being as good as GGG. He can’t hit as hard as him neither. DJ was ko’D by Pirog, dropped twice by Mora, dropped once and ran from GGG, best wins were against Quillin and his stablemate who he went life and death with recently. Canelo has also faced way better opponents than DJ. Examples: Cotto and Mayweather. Fought GGG twice. I have no doubt Canelo will win competitively and legitimately in this fight.

How does losing to Floyd help your resume? I think losing to GGG is better for both of their resumes.

Style wise Jacobs is a tougher match up for Canelo than GGG because unlike Golovkin he can fight well moving backward. If he can put everything together I think he's got a good shot at beating Canelo.

As a canelo fan canelo is beatable Lara should've got a draw atleast against Canelo and GGG won the first fight against Canelo now the 2nd fight Canelo won that one. So the blue print is there to beat him fight like a matador with athletism like Mayweather n Lara (with a lil bit more activity) or if fight like a bull like GGG did the first fight.
