Sure he would, let see if they take the bait then. I don't want to hear ANY EXCUSES if he beats any of the current "top tier" WW's (since people still think Pac is washed up).

Its easy for us as boxing fans to say go fight the top guys but we aren't the ones that could end up in the hospital in a comma. Look at what happened to Stevenson. Manny should retire rather than fighting the top guys. That goes for Floyd also. He's got enough sense up to now not to go after any of these top welterweights.

Not many fighters can prepare for Pacquiao and if Thurman thinks he can get past him easy is gonna he in a heap of trouble.
Pacquiao is special fighter and will give nightmares to any welter.

It will mean more if Pacman defeats Keith Thurman or any of the current welterweight belt holders. Mayweather is past his Prime and would not dare to mix it up with any of the welterweight Lions atm. It would mean more for Pac to defeat Crawford, Thurman, Spence or Porter.
