Man I just don't get it ..I could remember vividly how right after the fight fans were going on and on about how that fight was the worst, most boring mega fight in history that came 5 years too late and how no one was interested in paying to see that again.

Now the media and (mostly Pacquiao) fans are seemingly clamoring for a rematch some 3-4 years later with both men in their 40's !?!?

It's absolutely outrageous, the media and fans in this generation seem to have the attention span of a small rodent.

One thing Pac didn't say in the interview in the ring, was anything about a shoulder injury. Someone put that in his head between then and the post fight press conference.

Pacquiao said absolutely nothing about the "shoulder injury" right after the fight in the ring interview. He said it during the post fight press conference. Someone put it in his head, imo.

The report right after Saturday night's Mayweather-Pacquiao fight that Manny Pacquiao had fought with an injured shoulder took off pretty fast, as you'd expect, and Pacquiao (57-6-2, 38 KO) discussed the injury at his post-fight press conference.

After leading off his comments with, "I did my best, but my best wasn't good enough," the 36-year-old Filipino superstar added, "It's been two weeks we didn't train well. I couldn't use my right hand."

so now your gonna run with another excuse that because manny didnt say he injured his shoulder right after the fight, it doesnt count? lol. he said it at the post press conference! so at what point did floyd decide to give him a rematch but then changed his mind?? you were the one who said this! below is what you posted. did floyd give pac a rematch at the post interview in the ring? maybe i missed it?

Him not taking the loss like a man cost him the rematch.

              A very timely excuse.....

At least Roach isn't foolish enough to predict Pac will win.

Floyd didn't mention a rematch in the ring after the fight, but gave Pac many compliments. Maybe it took a couple of days before he watched both interviews, both in the ring and the post fight conference where Pac gave different excuses that pissed him off? It's pretty sad you don't give the winner credit. It tarnished his reputation for most, other than rabid Pac fans.

Pac was clearly asked why he thought he won, why he didn't throw as many punches immediately after the fight, and only said Floyd was running around. If the shoulder was an issue he would have mentioned it. His team also would have disclosed it as an injury earlier. They didn't. They had to come up with something to save face for the embarrassing loss.

When did Pac make Floyd run for his life?
