so what is this that you and the other poster is talking about? the other poster said floyd was willing to give pac a rematch until pac started bullshiieting about how he won the fight. but im telling yall that pac said that right after the fight! so????
Nah, maybe I didn't read what the dude said clearly. I edited my post to include what he said. It's not because Pac claimed he won. It's because Pac claimed he had a shoulder injury.

Yes, that's what I'm saying. He thought Pac was being a sore loser for claiming the shoulder injury, and said because of that, he won't give him a rematch.

Pac's torn rotator cuff tear as evident in this pic.

Right deltoid, red mark. Shows Pac was truly 50% of his true self

AND STILL WON IN THE EYES OF THE MAJORITY OF THE WORLD WITH ONE ARM.

Even in Spain, they saw Pac winning. (@ 14:00 mark, BOXING EXPERTS AT THE END OF THE VIDEO ALL FOR PAC)

but pac said he thought he won and that he had a shoulder injury right after the fight.. they didnt keep this a secret until a few days/weeks later. so when did floyd decide to give pac a rematch but changed his mind because of what pac said? because pac already came out and said those things right after the fight?

Right, he said it at the press conference.

Seems to me Mayweather said no rematch a little less than a week later. That article was written May 8th. I guess the story about the shoulder kept blowing up and he got sick of it.

Honestly, how would you feel if you were locked into a multi year battle with your rival, you finally win, and then they make what seems to you as a bogus excuse that he had a severely torn up shoulder. I'd probably tell dude to go F himself, too.

Pacquiao has had a long stellar career, the highlights reel will be magnificent for what this Filipino has achieved in boxing and I guess it’s almost time to hang up the gloves unless he truly fancies his chances against the likes of Thurman/Spence/Porter/Crawford or maybe 1 last shot at an aging Mayweather. It’s time to make that decision 4 fights against the stars in the division or a farewell match against Floyd. It’s rare to have had the opportunity to follow a career like what we have seen with both Pacquiao and Mayweather and perhaps not something that we will see anytime soon. Which ever option comes to fruition I think it’s time to celebrate a career that produced some absolutely delightful fights. Thanks Manny/Mayweather it’s been a pleasure watching your rising star ⭐️ Hopefully one last fight between the pair and we can bid farewell to these guys.

The cash out to assist in paying off those taxes. It's his last shot so I can't blame him. Many fans won't return for a second helping though. I know I won't. Once bitten twice shy.
