"new beginning" - he says the same before every fight.

I also never got "it depends which Broner turns up" - Which versions is there? the one that falls short against good fighters, or the one that looked good being a weight bully at smaller weights? - the truth is there is no great version of Broner, he just simply isn't that good. He's alongside fighters like Ricky Burns that picked up easy world titles in multiple divisions but fell short against real opposition. That's the top and bottom of it.

People need to stop having short memories and expecting more out of him. The guy just isn't capable and there's no shame in it at all. Not everyone can be elite and he is far from it.

Your statement is an oximoron. You state it and then say you don't get it. His power does not carry. We get bigger as we age, and some of it is bone density. Some individuals maintain a weight... but that is not the norm. Broner makes those sounds like he is connecting, but at higher weights it ain't happening.

That was his time for a break out dominant "wow" performance against a past it name like Floyd's over Gatti.

Instead he arguably lost.
