Really? You think Fielding is a good lead up to fighting Jacobs? An actual punching bag would have given Canelo a better fight than Fielding did.

It was the easiest opponent to try out for hight and reach thats why they had the weight clause because Danny will be that heavy fight night Oscar is a shrude bollox

Definitely wouldn't say that. Damn good fight though no doubt. A super fight is AJ vs Fury or AJ vs Wilder or Canelo vs GGG that we just saw.

Jacobs isn't a name like that, not even close. In fact, he can't sell nor does he do good ratings.

Everything about Oscar is miss direction. Good or bad it always was always will be.

Either two things he was trying to accomplish:

1. Make Jacobs lower his demands and accept whatever offer they had on the table

2. There were rumors GGG was going to sign elsewhere and he wanted to make sure he was coming to DAZN

Anything else makes no sense. Now, as for option 1, I'm not even sure how the money situation works here. Not like you can do PPV splits. DAZN is the one putting the money up, unless there is a certain amount in the pot for Canelo fights.

Doesn't matter though, we got ourselves a hell of a fight!
