Free Negotiations Period. After the WBC orders a bout, there shall be a period of thirty
      (30) days for the parties to negotiate, finalize, execute, and file a contract for the bout.
Should the parties fail to file a fully-executed contract with the WBC by the end of such
period, the period of free negotiations shall automatically terminate.

      IBF
The Championships Chairman will notify the Champion and the mandatory
challenger approximately sixty (60) days prior to the mandatory due date and the
      boxers must observe that obligation.
The Champion shall negotiate with the leading
available contender as designated by the Championships Chairman and the
President. If they are unable to negotiate the terms of the bout within thirty (30) days, they have the obligation to proceed to a purse bid under the procedure set forth
      in Rule 10

Want to lie and twist some more ****? Clown.
You killed yourself with the WBC rules:

After the WBC orders a bout, there shall be a period of thirty
      (30) days for the parties to negotiate, finalize, execute, and file a contract for the bout.

This means that Wilder cant accept any deal from Hearn doesn't it? Dumbass. With these rules in place where does it say that the mandatory is trumped by the unification?

Even what you posted about the IBF shows that they let you know at least 60 days in advance and give you 90 to voluntarily defend.

I noticed that you didn't say a thing about the other 2 bodies either, so you are still full of it.

Nah ... what Hearn said about Fury not wanting a percentage split was in response to Warren saying the offer was garbage.

For real because the WBA and WBO explicitly say 60, IBF gives a 90 day voluntary. And Joshua doesn't have the WBC so how can they call him to fight a mandatory before Wilder fights

So you're pretty much admitting that Wilder can't accept hearn's offer and they are meaningless at this point.

The 60 days is the minimum they give before the fight is due (has to happen), they get 30 day to negotiate.

              Here's the WBO.

The World Championships Committee shall inform each World Champion recognized as such by the Organization in his respective weight category of division, in writing, with at least sixty (60) days of previous notice, of the obligation to defend the title in a compulsory fight against the Mandatory Challenger. It is contemplated that the Champion and the Mandatory Challenger shall attempt in good faith to reach an agreement within the first thirty (30) days of the sixty (60) days mentioned herein. The President or the Championship Committee may increase or decrease the time in which the Champion and the Mandatory Challenger should reach an agreement, which period shall be not less than five (5) days. If the Champion and the Mandatory Challenger fail to reach agreement within such time as is determined by the President consistent with these regulations, the President may order a Purse Bid as hereinafter provided. Either the Champion or the Mandatory Challenger may end this negotiation period by written notice to the WBO at any time during the Thirty (30) day negotiation period. The WBO President shall have the discretion to reduce the negotiation period to not less than five (5) days. The WBO President may call the Purse Bid within ten (10) days of the end of the negotiation period.

Are attempt to come to a deal and coming to a deal the same thing? No they aren't you idiot. So contact has to be made in 30 and a deal reached in 60. But 30 days tho LMAO.

Either way, you're still missing the point that AJ's offers mean nothing at this time because the purse bid has been set for Wilder-Fury.

Rugby stars won't be making as much money as NFL and NBA stars. But only a few UK HWs will earn as much as a top class rugby pro.

Even his sycophantic casual nationalist fans are losing interest. Until he and Hearn learn some humility and stop acting like King Joffe Jafur and Semi, they should be shut out of the big picture.
What are you on about? Joshua holds all the belts, he's the draw, that's just a fact.

AJ fights his mandatorys to keep his belts and ALSO offered Wilder and Tyson record paydays.

                    Again those are the facts.

Mando for a single lessor belt and less money is not equal. Lets not forget, one fight is for undisputed Heavyweight for twice the money and all the belts...the other is one and done at half the pay day.
