I will say it again: when Fury and Wilder crossed swords it left AJ odd man out. Hearns has a limited amount of options from which to draw upon to get AJ a fight that should be against one of these two guys.
When people rubbish Wilder under these conditions they are doing the proverbial "biting the nose off, to spite the face." There are some here that believe that Wilder is beneath AJ... Certainly not from a fan's perspective he is not and it would do AJ no favors to try to push this nonsense. If AJ is so much better, and this fight can be made, he can prove it. I personally feel as though Fury could outclass AJ but I would never speak of a reason not to prove it in the ring... Again what else is there for Tommy twinkle toes hearns to do!? Say "AJ is better than everyone, so we will start fighting young inexperienced guys from the bottom of the ladder."
And this same nonsense can be applied imo to guys like Miller. Miller has some clout, if he is so vulnerable beat him quickly then fight again.
