He's under the Al Haymon PBC umbrella. So no, the white Americans won't stand behind him until he signs with top rank or Matchroom.

I don't think caucasian Americans would have an issue actually, even from the South. Most racist PBC haters are latin and asians who just can't compute a man like Al Haymon and a few **** living in their moms basement. Seeing a black man in charge in America is not as shocking. They've evolved pass that.

Will all depend on how they want to move him, tbh. Plant has a good amateur pedigree, and his skills have crossed over (so you don't really need the smoke/mirrors).

Set him up in Nashville (find a 8000-10000 seat venue), and see where he can go.
