No, Golovkin has stopped middleweights, and former titleholders never stopped previously. Canelo doesnt stop middleweights. Yes, the breeze can knock Fielding over, same as Khan and Kirkland. All three stopped in one round previously, all three fragile. Golovkin at least stopped Murray, a non weight drained Geale, Stevens, Lemiuex, Monroe, guys like that. Canelo didnt stop smaller old welters, didnt stop men like Trout and Lara, or a weight drained Chavez, old hittable Golovkin and he wont stop Jacobs.
