Not surprising. This would be what they had planned all along. So much money at stake a trilogy was all part of the “plan.”

Is there really? The first two fights did over a million PPV buys at $80. This fight would cost $10. How will they make up that extra $70?

Canelo and GGG fans seem hesitant about this fight. But as a boxing fan who doesn’t root for or against either guy, I would love to see a 3rd right. The second fight was a classic and one of the better big fights of the last decade.

It’s 2 skilled boxers with power who put on a good show. Why would anyone not want to see that?

Against lesser boxers like vanes he can hang but against elite competition the age disparity is more apparent and fight deciding.

Im a huge ggg fan but he's purely fighting for money nothing else at this stage.
Two fights no knockdowns. Neither fighter was in danger or hurt. It's like LCS-Frampton. Good fight but I'd rather see them fight other fighters. Pacquiao-Marquez I could watch them fight each other 10 times

no he did not. Canelo lost both fights and that is why they are pursuing a third one with an Older Golovkin.

They know they lost both in the eyes of 90% of the boxing fans all over the world.

You make a great point bro, spot on comparison with the lcs - Frampton fights. I could watch gatti vs ward 20 times over lol.

I'd like to see ggg vs charlo undercard as an eliminator for wbc belt and canelo vs bjs main event in may. I'm convinced Saunders would have beaten andrade and he didn't lose the wbo in an actual fight so he would in a perfect world still have a shot at canelo for the belts.

Im not convinced. the lengthy layoff and lack of activity since the last fight speaks volumes. He's usually alot busier his fights per year are usually around 4. It's dropped to 2 now.
