Not surprising. This would be what they had planned all along. So much money at stake a trilogy was all part of the “plan.”

Canelo and GGG fans seem hesitant about this fight. But as a boxing fan who doesn’t root for or against either guy, I would love to see a 3rd right. The second fight was a classic and one of the better big fights of the last decade.
It’s 2 skilled boxers with power who put on a good show. Why would anyone not want to see that?Comment

Cant get excited for this, as was my narrative in the first two. One boxer is prime one is losing athletiscism/reflexes with each passing week. The only reason ggg pushed hard in both fights is focus and mental strength he hasnt at 37 got the physical attributes necessary to outdo, outwit or outfight a prime canelo.
Against lesser boxers like vanes he can hang but against elite competition the age disparity is more apparent and fight deciding.
Im a huge ggg fan but he's purely fighting for money nothing else at this stage.Comment

They know they lost both in the eyes of 90% of the boxing fans all over the world.Comment

I'd like to see ggg vs charlo undercard as an eliminator for wbc belt and canelo vs bjs main event in may. I'm convinced Saunders would have beaten andrade and he didn't lose the wbo in an actual fight so he would in a perfect world still have a shot at canelo for the belts.Comment
