Certainly a smart move by Mikey, because Arum wouldn't let Loma near him right now. Mikey is bigger, highly skilled and in his prime. The chances of Loma losing this fight are way too high for Bob to let it happen.

Now if Mikey takes a beating against Spence and looks declining the fight after, then the possibility of this fight happening will increase exponentially.

I don't think Loma is ducking Mikey. Loma is P4P champ, he would be the A-side and he does not have an "0" to lose.

This would be a great fight, though would be watered down if it happens post-Errol Spence (regardless of the outcome).

Why doesn’t loma fight Crawford? Mikey is going up 2 divisions to fight Spence who is a 154 pounder at 147. Yet the lomasexuals hate on him like no tomorrow, while ignoring the stench that their guy is being coddled and set up sgainst nobodies. He's already fighting bigger natural men then him in the lightweight division, it's obvious he has a smaller frame then those guys, why would he go up fighting to divisions, he's not an idiot, what you call going for greatness i call ******ity, i don't think there's anything great about fighting Spence,i think he's making a bad decision that's he's most likely too lose and risking his health and future career when there was a real chance for greatness in becoming unified in legendary division, to throw that all away to fight a killer 2 weights up from you and even being big for that weight is beyond ******

Im a mikey fan, but his train of thought is convoluted. Why didnt he fight Linares? Why didnt he and his team offer anything to fight Loma, if he really wanted it? Him beating those "killers" in Lip, Zlat & Easter is really impressive tbh. Broner was a good win, other than that, hes not fighting any p4p guys. His fight vs Spence should definitely bring him down a few notches cause I dont see any way for him to win. My prediction is a Spence tko by body shot in the 5th. Garcia shouldve stayed in his own lane
