Might look that way at the start, but Mikey is in a real danger spot being outsized. He needs to be perfect in his gameplan. Plus, I don’t think he can move the whole night that takes a lot out of you. Spence is a good stalker.

Again I Agree. Spence is going to keep coming. GGG/Brook II.

I hope this is a version of JMM vs Floyd and not a version of GGG/Brook. Unfortunately I believe the later is the most likely.

People give Spence crazy credit because Floyd had a hard time sparing but that's only because Floyd's SPECIFIC style was to lay on the ropes and counter. Spence is big and has a long range pressure style similar to Paul Williams and Floyd had trouble with that SPECIFIC style of fighter. If you look at the fighters that challenged Floyd you will notice they were strong pressure fighters that Floyd couldn't stop. In the end, Styles make fights and Spence getting the better of Floyd doesn't mean he's God it means he has a particular style and size to give Floyd problems. On the other hand if you look at the fighters that gave Paul Williams fits you'll notice they move, used angles and hit hard enough to stop his aggression. Off subject, I believe Paul Williams was better than Spence and likely the best Welter Weight of his era. He never received proper recognition because he got screwed by the sanctioning bodies and his advisors.
Interesting take. My last memory of Paul Williams in the ring was him taking a nap. He was hit so hard by a left hook from Martínez that he hit the canvas ear lopes first . The referee took the p#iss because his other surviving ear lopes he was shouting in it. All Paul remembers from the fight was the referees shoes

There is a reason why they have weight classes Mikey is lucky spence is the IBF champ with same day weight and not another organization belt holder.

Mikey is going to have to be PERFECT for the entire 36 minutes.

That KO is up there with the very best of the past 10 years.

I’d say from 2010 up til now, it’s the Pacquiao and Williams as the best KOs.

Yes coward, we understand, you don`t want no real 147 test. Brook was outboxing you also and it would be different if GGG didn`t serve you a finished work.

Spence run after Brook: Peterson, Ocampo, Mikey. How impressive, is it already enough for ATG?

Peterson was a fine first fight after Brook and Ocampo was his mandatory, so stop with the nonsense. Who else is the guy supposed to fight that would meet your lofty standards? lol No way Haymon lets Garcia face Spence coming off consecutive losses, Porter is going to fight Thurman if he beats Ugas and Thurman already said he doesn't want to see Spence until he gets the WBC belt back against Porter. Who in his actual weight class is the guy he avoiding? I am a Crawford fan but anyone with a brain knows that fight isn't happening anytime in the future for several reasons, none of which have to do with Crawford or Spence ducking each other.

Well said about Crawford and Spence. The fight not happening has ZERO to do with them personally.
