What do you think of DAZN’s approach?
Is DAZN changing the game with all fights televised?

IDK I think those who aint real die hards arent gonna see them super undercard fights anyways.
I think however they are giving the undercard fighters an opportunity to be seen and make noise since now people gonna have access to the video of a tremendous KO and can share it where as before the footage just wouldnt exist. -
Thats how things are done in the UK. Seems in the US a boxer has to get to fringe world level before being televised. UK we can pretty much follow careers from debut. Makes sense to start getting guys known earlier.Comment

ESPN+ does that for the most part. I love it, since you get to see the prospects fights that in other cases you would miss. Like Gary Antuanne Russell who is 7-0, yet I don't think more than one of his fights have been televised. That's a big no no. Will the casual fan care? Probably not, but you are subscribing to DAZN, you aren't likely to be an casual unless you forgot to unsubscribe after your free trial.Comment

Overkill. Trees falling in the forest.
DAZN's main events and co-features are one-sided enough, so it's ridiculous to add a half-dozen or more one-side squash matches with some 7-0 prospect fighting a guy with 25 losses. No one needs to see that. I think I recall Espinoza saying that just like every minor league baseball game needs to be nationally televised, not all boxing matches need to be nationally televised (or streamed), and I agree.
Plus with 6-8 hour PPVs, the commentators and crew get fatigued, and by the time the main event rolls around, they're exhausted and they make lots of mistakes.Comment

On espn though, arent the undercards / main event split into two telecast on Espn and Espn +?
Dazn shows everything on one station.
I just hope the German tony montana gets the Wbss squared away cuz it would be criminal if the tourney gets scrapped.Comment
