Nope. It sure thing looks like KD if you watch only upper part or if you watch this ****ty quality (uploaded on purpose, I believe).
In reality though Loma's left leg was in the mid of the air on the way to ground for needed balance but GRJ's right leg stroke it. You would fall in this situation even without a punch on your chin, let alone with one.
It's like providing a hit with a left hook while following with a pull of opponent with your right hand.
