ive been tellin this all along. just the fact that marquez survived the 3KO in the first was enough reson for them to saw that JMM dominated pac from thereon. thats these pac haters concept of logic.Originally posted by Bozo_no noMarquez dominated Pac did he?
Anyone who scored that fight a wipe out for Marquez after the first few rounds is blinded by the courage he showed from surviving the early onslaught. He did NOT dominate the fight, and lost at least 4 or 5 rounds, one of them being a 10-6 round.
Everyone can see right through a post like that from a guy who only a week ago was trying to convince everyone Pac was 'ducking' Barrera.

he did. thats why even though there was disappointment over a UD win, real analysts suggest that this was more of a revelation for pacquiao because he gets to have shown good lateral movements, timing and defense. he'll be able to need these for his upcoming fights coz for sure, theyre gonna be looking for his head this time.Originally posted by Bozo_no noAnd Manny cleary showed vast improvments in patience, counter punching, and timing in his fight with Larios.Comment

Wow I disagree with this first post. The only people I give much chance at all against Manny Pacquiao from 135 down are Barrera, Juan Diaz, and Joel Casamayor. And I would probably pick Manny against all three of them. He is just too intense and strong for them. And he showed against Larios that he can actually box.Comment

Did he suddenly lose his "better movement and ring skills" in their rematch?Originally posted by Superman RJJI can name 5 fighters that would either beat or give a good fight to the pac man at the moment they are:
Erik Morales - There is no way that Manny is beating him again, Morales has the better movement and ring skills and will beat Pacquiao has he did in the first fight
and when Pac beats up Barrera again, I'm certain that he's not himself again, "caught him [again] on a very very bad night".Originally posted by Superman RJJMarco Antonio Barrera - Manny caught Barrera on a very very bad night and I dont see Barrera having anymore of these
This I agree 100%.Originally posted by Superman RJJJorge Barrios - This guy never knows when he`s beat has he showed against Freitas this guy is a very very dangerous opponent for any of the fighters within the division
The Jauregi fight showed that the "Little Tyson"s power is not what it's hyped up to be. He did show a lot handspeed though and some nice vocals to amplify his powderpuff punches. We'll see...Originally posted by Superman RJJJoan Guzman - Joan is an unbeaten fighter that has never really been tested I dont envision Manny giving him much of a problem to be honest
Rocky is good and has firepower, no doubt about that. But, his style is just perfect for Pacquiao. He comes forward and he'll get hit, lest you suddenly forgot - Pac can also put a good fighter on the seat of his pants.Originally posted by Superman RJJRocky Juarez - Showed during the Barrera fight that he is ready to take on the world a very very good fighter with great body punching ability.
I don't know of any fighter in boxing who's not "very very defeatable".Originally posted by Superman RJJBefore people say that im hating on Manny, im really not I think he is a great puncher but thats all he is, he doesnt have no ring skills his movement is questionable and gets hit alot on his way in I just think he is a very very defeatable fighter
You simply don't like the guy, just come out in the open.
At least you can give him the credit he deserves as being the only fighter at the 122~130-lbs. weight class who's got Ws over Barrera, Marquez (if not for that scoring error), Morales and Larios.Last edited by mr. bojangles; 07-08-2006, 05:50 AM.Comment

I think Pac is good.
but all of the guy you named above only Barois have a best chance to beat manny.
If Casamayor fight pac i pretty sure he will beat him because he is a southpaw too and couyld confuse pac and ability to move around the ring.
Fritas could win Pac too
so you have these three.
Morales cant beat pac because he is taking it for macho thing and does not have it anymore the pop sensation. He is been to to many war that is best to take his father advice and retire.Comment

Superman GayGay... your a very biased poster, either your a barrera or morales fan or a mexican poster, im not being racist or anything but most people with the same nationality to root for their fighters, thats why your being very biased.
Erik Morales beat him in a close fight 115-113, Pacquiao TKO'd Morales in the rematch while ahead in all the 3 judges card, so who has the impressive victory? Once pacman beats him again he will be out of the picture...and probably retire.
JMM - I heard he is selling peanuts these days...he fought Chris John for what? 40k dollars?? lol and even lost!! he had the option of fighting Pacman, but why did'nt he want a rematch and instead fought in Johns Hometown?
Guzman - Joan Guzman is not worthy enough to fight the #3 P4P Fighter in the world just yet, did'nt he pull out of a fight against "Scot Harrison"?? lol
Juarez lost to barrera, most people scored it for Barrera, the same barrera who took a onesided beating against Pacquiao, and then beat Morales to gain the respect he had once, the same Morales who got TKO by Pacquiao. Juarez would lose again to barrera this time it will be more convincing...
Barrios from your list had the only chance at beating Barrera and that is because of his physical advantageComment

Are their any boxers apart from Pac you know anything about Asian?
Your knowledge of boxers could be written on the back of a postage stamp and all the copying and pasting in the world will not change that.
Bozo, keep your comments to yourself son and try looking back through some of your own posts if you wanna see the opinions of a ******.
Pac is powerfull and very very quick, his skill is non existent.
He is there for the taking by a good boxer, Pac uses the same lunging Style in every fight and if you think he would take out a prime EM your kidding yourselves.
He didn't improve in the 2nd Morales bout, Morales had declined, anyone who knows boxing could tell you that.
ps. A word of advice guys, Pac would probably be a lot easier to like than he is but the simple fact of the matter is that all you little twats make people look forward to his demise (which will happen when he meets a decent boxer in his prime)
He is making himself a name off declining legends.
AND YES, JMM DID SCHOOL HIM (something else that any honest boxing fan could tell you, if you cant beat a man after 3 knockdowns in the 1st round there must be something up with your skills)Comment

King-Kong - There is no way that Manny is beating him again. The Kong has improved movement and better ring skills and will beat Pacquiao, this time using a giant banana.
Godzilla - Manny caught the lizard on a very very bad night and I dont see ThrillaZilla not from manila having anymore of these.
Mike Tyson - This guy never knows when he`s beat has he showed against McBride this guy is a very very dangerous opponent for any of the fighters within the division.
Floyd Mayweather - Floyd is an unbeaten and tested fighter. I dont envision Manny giving Roger the uncle much of a problem too.
Valuev - Showed during the Ruiz fight that he is ready to take on the world a very very good fighter with great body punching ability. Massive kingkong look alike might give problems to Manny.
hahaha! very true Chups!
