Hatton has been at 140 since he was eighteen years old. It's tough for me to understand that he can't move up seven pounds.

We all know that Cortez was outrageously biased against Hatton last December, but Hatton could never beat Mayweather.

Hatton is a truly terrific World Champion at light-welterweight but his frame is simply not big enough to be able to comfortably carry the muscle required to be a great welterweight.

I like the man because he does such a huge amount of charity, but let's not get carried away just because he is a nice guy.

Why keep bringing the weight up as an excuse for Hatton its the biggest crock surrounding the fight , this wasnt a true welterweight fight only on paper , Floyd is not a true welterweight , Hatton and Floyd weighed the same on the night , Hatton didnt weigh any more than he did against Castillo and thats a very big point here ,, thats why Hatton took the fight in the first place because Floyd is so small , Billys own words , its jnr welters fighting for a welter title ,,,,,,, the only thing in this fight was that neither had to dry out to make weight .

I think we can all agree that because hatton is smaller, it allows him to hold more muscle mass and still be able to make weight. Because of this he is almost always going to be stronger then his opponents at 140 and sometimes at 147.

He would definetly be stronger then mayweather at anyweight, no question about it. If he could keep mayweather against the ropes i think hatton could definetly win.

Ndou was able to catch mayweather against the rops, castillo was able to get mayweather against the ropes in both fights, and so was corrales once or twice.

It isnt hard to do and hatton is exceptionally good at it. I think mayweather would be doing his shoulder-roll all night, trying to get off the ropes. But the shoulder-roll won't do **** against a crushing left hook to the body.

Not only do i think its possible for Hatton to win a 12 round decision, i also think its unlikely, but possible, that hatton knocks mayweather out using his constant pressure, brute force, and extreme strength to make mayweathe move all around the ring.

I think a fight like this would be more a test of conditioning. Hatton is a stamina freak, but so is mayweather. Both have some of the best staminas the sport has seen, but id say hatton has been tested a bit more than mayweather has in this department. We'd have to see on fight night.

I had said that even before Collazo. Hatton was never that good and was even overly hyped vs Pac after being exposed and destroyes by Floyd. Not to mention being a coke head and hiring Mayweather SR to learn how to box.

Its good to see actual boxing convos when talking about Floyd Mayweather.
