Why didn't Abel Sanchez, Loeffler, or Gennady make headlines wanting Andy Lee when he won the WBO belt, for the fight that postponed initially?

Whether you or anybody else has doubts is irrelevant. Your asking about what the fighter thinks and the answer is almost certainly yes. They were scheduled to fight untill Golovkin's father died.

There's no reason to think Golovkin would have been any more worried about fighting Lee than he was about Macklin or Murray, both of whom I'm sure he had a healthy respect for. Lee would rightly be considered more dangerous with that fierce hook and the straight left, but was also widely considered less durable - certainly than Macklin or Murray.
Golovkin would have been a wide - almost prohibitive betting favourite against Lee and with good reason. Korobov was outboxing Lee comfortably until he got caught, and Golovkin gives nothing away to Matvey in terms of skill, applies way more pressure and is far, far more durable.
