Gynecomastia is not exclusive steroids, it’s a hormone imbalance, and the condition also isn’t exclusive to just the nipple.

With the avid amount of pics online of bodybuilders and athletes with steroidal gynecomastia, they seem to all be consistent with Spence’s swollen outer ring tissue surrounding his *******. It’s the classic small **** swollen nipple over ****. Just saying, it’s also reasonable that Spence can have the cloud of doubt.

It's not reasonable when his nips are what people are basing it on when pics show he has had those same nips since he was a kid. He did Vada testing for his biggest fight vs Brook and there was no difference in his performance at all, his performance was exactly the same as in other fights. I'm not saying anyone is above su****ion but when guys are testing and coming up clean you see the same threads still accusing them of using.

They’re not the same. The “15 year old” Spence pic is not the same as the swollen tissue surrounding his ******* today, that’s a common case of post Steroidal Gyno effects. I didn’t believe it at first but that’s the case. Or for example fans claiming swollen needle injections on boxers, my god, look at the Brook Spence weighing. Either they have an influx of small circular swollen veins all throughout their abs or they’re needle marks? I’ve seen those on Floyd and Saul Alvarez weigh ins too. Perhaps just a coincidence?

There has been a huge debate, narrative, that any boxer associated to Conte is without a doubt a cheater, even if it was post BALCO...

Therefore what about Spence’s gynecomastia? It is very possible that Spence has general gynecomastia, but at the same time, isn’t it also possible that Spence suffers from post anabolic use. Most steroidal gynecomastia is permanent. Requires surgical removal and scaring. I doubt Spence would want surgical fixing. But it is without a doubt he suffers from gynecomastia?

If Spence sufers from gyno it means he has been using steroids since he was a teenager as people have posted the photo of him at 15 with the same puffy nips. That's just the way his chest looks, you guys have to get over it

It's hard to imagine Spence not getting clowned by his friends about having puffy nips when he was younger.
