Therefore what about Spence’s gynecomastia? It is very possible that Spence has general gynecomastia, but at the same time, isn’t it also possible that Spence suffers from post anabolic use. Most steroidal gynecomastia is permanent. Requires surgical removal and scaring. I doubt Spence would want surgical fixing. But it is without a doubt he suffers from gynecomastia?

Spence and the Charlos come from the same camp. Those two just "missed" a random drug screen. The whole point of random drug testing is that it happens any time - randomly - so when you blow it off that's nearly a guilty test.

Gynecomastia is not exclusive steroids, it’s a hormone imbalance, and the condition also isn’t exclusive to just the nipple.

With the avid amount of pics online of bodybuilders and athletes with steroidal gynecomastia, they seem to all be consistent with Spence’s swollen outer ring tissue surrounding his *******. It’s the classic small **** swollen nipple over ****. Just saying, it’s also reasonable that Spence can have the cloud of doubt.

Today, it not just Errol’s “*******,” but the fact that it looks like he has a small pair of **** over his general chest. That’s a good case of steroidal gyno
