What other prove do you need. Even an unskilled wilder KTFO.Whyte ran from the Ortiz fight when it was right there for him ... for reasons.
AJ's promoter had Ortiz when he was AJ's mandatory, and never considered making the fight.
No more whining and attempted disrespect. If Ortiz isn't good enough, prove it. Fight him and remove him from the contenders list ...
What else do you want bro?Comment

Joshua said he wants these fights:
Wilder
Fury
Ortiz
Whyte
Miller
I’m not going to complain if he takes on two of those five by end of year although obviously I would prefer one of them be for all the Belts! Whyte has proven with his wins he is right up there, Wilder didn’t want to take the risk with him for a reason.Comment

White doesn't overly impress me at the best of times.I picked parker to beat white but parker didn't so white gets props there.
So now I feel white v Josh is acceotable. I mean as far as Josh is concerned it seemed like he wanted to fight white immediately after beating whyte.
Seemed like Josh was ready to rumbleComment

It's hard to say Whyte doesn't deserve a shot. Outside of the top 3, he has proven the most by far in the last year of being worthy of title shots.
It's not the fight anyone wants really, but it's understandable that he gets a shot if Wilder v Fury rematch.
The problem is that Hearn has been angling for this in-house fight for ages and whatever he says in public, he wants to make this fight more than the Wilder fight. That's what bothers people. I don't think anyone says Whyte is undeserving, it's just them prioritising this fight.Comment

I think this is highly likely, though Jennings still has to come through Rivas in a couple weeks. When Arum signed Pulev, I figured he just wanted his piece of the pie when Pulev gets the mando called, but then he said some bull**** like, Pulev needs a real test so that when he gets the Joshua shot he'll be prepared. There's logic to that, but how often do promoters actually do stuff like that? Also going out of his way to say Pulev would NOT fight Joshua on 04/13 was weird to me.
I think Arum basically looked at Pulev and saw a very beatable dude in a mandatory position and signed him just to put him in with one of his guys to steal that mandatory spot and AJ pay day. Jennings is the most likely beneficiary of this. Smart move by Arum, but another dumb move by Pulev, who has made a ton of them since the Klitschko fight.Comment

Pulev should have just taken his beating really. Lots of money in a Joshua beating. Jennings will just out point him for less money.I think this is highly likely, though Jennings still has to come through Rivas in a couple weeks.
