You'd think after he got a gift decision in the USA he'd be happy, but deep down he knows he has an 'L' on his record. Real champs fight away from home (and corrupt judges/refs)

Didn't see where he mentioned GGG or Loma. He could very well have been talking about Hopkins and Spence.

I seem to remember Ward couldn't pick a winner in Loma-Rigo. Does he forget that the Japanese dude was only 20 and also a featherweight oh and he had never had a fight pro or amateur!!

Ward makes a great point. You see the same thing here on NSB. For example, all the Loma fans wanted to see Loma and Rigo because they knew Loma was much bigger and would win. both were top p4p boxers close in weight.

When I have suggested Crawford and Loma fight to see who is p4p #1 the same Loma diehards complain about that fight being unfair because Loma being smaller would likely lose because he is smaller.

A 122-126 lb fighter against a 147lb fighter. People shat on delahoya for bringing up pac,and people are ****ting on Spence for bringing up Mikey,so there's no reason why mayweather shouldn't be shat on considering that this was a 20 year old kid,who wasn't even a boxer, going up 4-5 weight classes in a different sport. Ward just needs to keep his mouth shut, and enjoy retirement.

Spence hasn't completely outsized his opponents. Algieri was taller, Brook was fresh off 154, Peterson was same height, etc. He gets called a weight bully due to rehydration, not due to natural weight differences. Mikey is the first, and Mikey's the one who called Spence out, not the other way around. Besides, Spence isn't "openly supported" either.

Hopkins was never called a "boogieman" except by a Winky Wright who was past his time - and Hopkins didn't outsize him significantly, either.

But you obviously know he's referring to Loma/Rigo and GGG/Brook which are the biggest wins of both guys' resume, and what got them referred to as "boogiemen". Loma/Rigo I guarantee you is the one that crossed his mind when he wrote that tweet specifically.

You were the ones all saying rigo would outbox loma and demanding the fight talk about revising things lol
