Nobody is forced to buy a ticket.

There's no con involved and never has been. People paid for a ticket to an event and got what they paid for.

I don't get why this stuff even bothers people. It's a choice, you're not being forced to watch, pay or anything.

I don't want to listen to Justin Bieber's music, so i simply don't. Got no problem with anybody that does.

Everyone has their own tastes in entertainment. if someone is entertained by Floyd fighting MMA fighters in mismatches, who cares?
