I don't know Dana seemed pretty mad/sad at goldenboys mma ppv. Tried so much damage control because he wants to hide the fact he ****s his fighters in the butt without lubrication.

Hopefully bellator and goldenboys mma can work together to defeat ufcs **** train since they are both on dazn..

And I should also say, it’s tech and changing trends in how people consume content that’s driving this, not any one player. The main problem with the old school boxing regime is they are in the dark ages, Bob Arum, Finkel, King etc behave like the internet will never catch on, they’re dinoaurs and will be eclipsed by DAZN and co.

One advantage of having a UFC model btw is you shed
all the BS managers, the only people in today’s boxing model that benefit are the top end fighters (<5%) and the managers, suits, string pullers like Haymon, promoters
and of course the sanctioners, the most corrupt sporting bodies in the world. Get rid of all of them, they are the ones that take money out of fighters pockets to create a chaotic model that makes them necessary, it’s a complete and utter joke that means Boxing struggles for viewers.
I think UFC has more people at the top mooching off the fighters. It's a crooked organization that doesn't even allow it's fighter to have sponsors. Boxing gives much more freedom and negotiating power to the fighter as it should be.

Do you also cheer for Walmart busting unions and keeping the profits at the top?

And the Saga about Oscar and Dana continue.

Why people are ignorant and fight each other in this site defending promoters Oscar de la Hoya and Dana Whyte who they never give a damn about them, especially giving them a single cent.

Who is out there for Zuffa to sign? What network would it air on? UFC just signed a massive deal with ESPN, but ESPN gets their boxing exclusively from Top Rank. UFC just left Fox and Fox signed a massive deal with PBC. PBC also has a deal with Showtime, which is the same company as CBS. ESPN is the same company as ABC. So where does this Zuffa Boxing go? Seems there's a reason Zuffa Boxing keeps getting delayed. There's no TV deal for them and they can't get any fighters.

              Dana White Trash.

The guy has made a multi billion business out of MMA but is only obsessed with being accepted as a tough guy...

Oscar would make him cry like a total beetch if they boxed one round.

White looks like a dude who enjoys S & M chemsex parties with daddy type men.

You’re not hearing me. I’m saying it’s an evolution, nope the UFC model is not ideal, it’s a corporation, there are better ways forward. The overall point I’m making is that things have to change, boxers acting as freelancers is okay at the top but it leaves a massive void otherwise. The sanctioning system is absolute nonsense.

It will change, it is changing, it’s going to broaden the opportunities to make a living as an average boxer.

Even a mid range boxer, not a top level boxer, is making hundreds of thousands a fight and fighting several times a year... In UFC you'd be lucky to be a top tier fighter making that.

Of course everyone at the bottom makes peanuts. Even as a programmer I made.peanuts when I started out. Doesn't mean programming is trash.

I don't see what kind of betterment the UFC could.offer the free business model of boxing. It would simple take the profits while providing cots for fighters to live in thier supposed top grade facilities.

The sanctioning bodies are their to facilitate business in boxing. It isn't a didctatorship like the UFC. It's pay to play, is it perfect? No. Can they be corrupt in the rankings at times? Maybe. They do give the champs perks but that's to be expected.
