Lennox is entitled to his opinion. I agree with him also.

My dislike for Lennox in his day was strong. I rooted against him in every fight but time has made come to appreciate him. He as far as I know never ducked anyone unless you want to listen to Chris Byrd and made the important fights. I wish there was a Lennox Lewis out there today. He is one of the greats for sure, you can put him anywhere you want in the ten its a subjective thing but he 100% belongs there. All that to say he isnt wrong.

He can't make it happen if Wilder doesn't want it to happen. Wilder said AJ is begging him to fight but he will fight Fury instead. He says he and Fury are number 1 and number 2 and they will fight for the real heavyweight title and leave AJ on the outside wanting in. Wilder could just as easily fight AJ in England on April 13 and rematch Fury after that. It's his choice.

Agree with you completely. Even if Joshua was ducking before, and I'm not saying he was, but he definitely isn't now.

But Wilder is a grown man and I can understand him wanting to clear things up with Fury first, and then target Joshua. Hopefully Joshua fights Whyte in the meantime and then the winners can fight each other.

How anyone can blame Lewis for the Bowe fight not happening is beyond me, it takes two to make a fight whether you are a champion or challenger. Both Joshua and Wilder are champions here also. Joshua might be the A-side but he also can’t force the B-side to a fight.

Mike Tyson even at that stage of his career, would probably end most heavyweights today. It was not as if Mike Tyson was in terrible condition in comparison to today's heavyweights, but at the time? People considered that he was out of condition. Physically Tyson was in better condition than most heavyweights today, accept for the top 3 heavyweights etc

Yep, that's pretty much my thoughts too.

HBO wouldn't let Lennox fight Tyson for $13 million on Showtime, so he was forced to take the $4 million to fight the WBC belt after Tyson vacated it.

                      Lewis/Tyson would've happened without HBO
