If Wilder does not want the fight what do you expect AJ and Hearn to do? Wilder has admitted he does not want to fight AJ and wants to do the Fury rematch, he lost the first match so by rights should not even have a title.

It is quite obvious Wilder is the first choice as AJ is legitimately trying to unify all 4 belts and has made offers to fight Wilder that have been rebuffed. Unlike Wilder who although held a title way longer made no attempt to unify and just cherry picked easy defense.

I honestly think Wilder fans are just blind in there hatred and have no logic.

Let's be honest, AJ likely washes Ortiz, like he'd wash Whyte, like he'd wash Miller.

All 3 have a shot...they're all elite, but none are at AJ's level.

It's not like a fight with Miller or Ortiz or a rematch with Povetkin would be that different.

This is actually the downside of being *that* good. Unless AJ fights Wilder or Fury, he's the very heavy favourite, point blank.

Yep that's the problem being one of three elite fighters in a division. Unless you're fighting one of the other two elites the fight is going to suck on paper, period

Hearn is a joke. What other viable financial option does Joshua really have that would pay more than Whyte in the UK? And Whyte has a belt too. Wilder & Fury both want the rematch to be their next fights.

Hearn laid his cards on the table and lined up Whyte, but the fight and offer was there for Wilder. It seems the offer was a two fight deal and %, but we do not know that for sure. The point being the fight is there for Wilder. If Wilder fights Fury he gets a good payday, not the biggest but good. He also runs the risk of losing and then will miss the bigger AJ fight. After that if no Wilder or Fury then Pulev, Miller in USA and then Ortiz if he gets a win against a top heavy. Hearn will line the fights up and make the offers to Wilder and Fury to step in, if not back to the planned list.

At this time the next biggest fight for AJ is Whtye, and the UK fans are Ok with that as they feel he has earned another shot. They rate Ortiz and Miller, but do not feel they have earned their shot. Miller has not really fought anyone as yet and Ortiz lost to Wilder and has gone back to two easy fights.

As for Wilder and Fury, "O look we are the best heavy weights now because we had a close fight" which either of them could have lost. It was a good fight to watch but so was the Chisora v Whtye 1st fight good and very close, a good fight. What we have seen is Wilder step up and nearly get knocked out by Ortiz and a draw with Fury. Remember AJ got knocked down by VK and stunned by Whyte, so not so easy when you step up. Though the US Wilder fans will have us believe Ortiz and Fury are on another level, they must be surely.
