The guy that wrote in first is absolutely spot on. In this age of sports science, I do think we are seeing fewer fighters who are more dynamic, well rounded and are able to utilize all aspects available to a fighter.
The only fighter he mentioned whom I disagree with is GGG. Like Teddy Atlas said, he's one dimensional, but it's an incredible one dimension.
For example, GGG just pretty much stuck to his natural style, and if only had worked the body against Canelo, we might have seen a different fight. He threw about 3 body shots in their second fight.
Conversely, when Canelo fought Fielding, he immediately took advantage of a taller guy who was obviously very thin around the torso and hence pummeled him. If it were GGG v Fielding, I have a feeling Golovkin wouldn't have reacted the same.
