Just stick to promoting some up and coming boxers, this is a good niche for him, 72 fights over 3 years is a lot.

This reminds me of a lot of the local promoters in the day back in California they made a good living off it back in the 70 and 80s and early 90s promoter fights on local tv, now instead they got streaming service.

I already miss RJJ doing fight commentary. He wasn't perfect but damned if he wasn't one of my preferred commentators. IMO, I can't think of a former boxer providing better insight on the broadcasts. Maybe there is and I can't think of it but he's better than all of Lennox, Mancini, SRR, Mora combined...

Very good business venture.....for three years at least.... the two leading combat sports - probably can be seen on the same nights from different venues (however they wanna do it)... Now Roy can save some substantial dough; can retire from his punching bag status & can stop risking his health for those desperately needed peanuts.....This can't be good news for DAZN though, Eddie sure enough would like to monopolize on those fights too.....Come to think of it, Fast Eddie has got Canelo & Joshuas zombie following, so he should be good for awhile.....

For whatever reason I read it as Roy Jones signed three year ufc deal is in he was fighting for in ufc for three year deal.. spat my drink out.. glad to see I read it wrong and Roy is doing well outside the ring
