So much for the idiots accusing Spence of juicing. Imagine if Spence turned down a $100 million payday like Pac did because he didn't want random testing any closer than 24 days out? Or, if he turned down the fight demanding that only 3 tests are allowed, and they have to be announced? Or, saying he is afraid of needles, it makes him weak, he is superstitious, etc, and can't spar for days afterwards?
Now, if he did that I would be su****ious.

Doing 10 weeks VADA is meaningless and there's a reason they didnt start when announcing the fight. If Canelo did 10 weeks VADA he would have never been caught. Fighters cycle off during the time the actual training camp starts (about 11-13 weeks prior to the fight) and then its already out of the system a few days later.

Exactly, not to mention it says they "could" be tested, there is no guarantee there will ever be a random test during that period.

Good news as a lot of big fights need better testing. Shame it didn't start sooner as the fight was agreed weeks before the testing starts and we know from Canelo, Peterson and others that the best chance of catching someone can be doing it as early as possible rather than waiting as they've done here. Also hope that if one of them misses a test and doesn't take one for a week afterwards they don't just get a pass.
