Respect Thurman as a fighter but 2018 and 2017 ( aside from the One fight he had ) have been a huge disappointment .

Thurman walked the talk more than anybody else at 147 in current boxing, yet is called the big mouth. Spence and Crawford are fighting mismatches and seem glad not fighting each others while Thurman has been injured.

Say what you want about Thurman but he's the only one who beat 2 primes elite guys at 147.


Crawford has beaten none, Spence has beaten one coming off a violent tko loss + injury and long lay off.

So I know some will say Garcia and porter are not elite but they are, they are top 5 in one of the best division in boxing.

In terms of results he's right with his ranking.

Sad thing is Thurman is a very respectable fighters, but since bsc became a racist platform, I believe Thurman getting bashed for being too white for some and too black for others.

I like Thurman, I think he's bright.

It's just that any time a fighter starts referring constantly to themselves in third person they become su****ious in my eyes. Su****ious of having an over inflated ego that doesn't allow them to be objective about their own relevance.

I wouldn't go as far as saying Thurman is no longer relevant... but you can't claim the top spot if you've been away for two years. You can't discount Bud, because Bud has beaten solid contenders in the same time Thurman has been away. And though jr Welterweight isn't Welterweight, unifying the division just below certainly counts for something.

Is this the freezing part that is happening in boxing? Talking the talk and. It walking the walk. I have no issues with Keith at 1, Spence at 2, porter at 3 but trying to pretend that Crawford doesn’t exist is laughable. At the end of the day we want all the belts to be unified. Crawford and his side are very vocal about fighting the other guys, I just don’t like the noise that is coming from that other side of the street.
