You can fight 3 times in 2019 which means itll be like 4 fights before we so this guy fight one of them!?

Why do I keep defending this a sshole. When has the man in a division said he needs like 3-4 fights to be ready? Like, b itch..it wont even be two years youre out. Beat on Josesito and then say you need one more or whatever. Lie to me at least. !

“B-but Thurman is the man at ‘47!”

Stop embarassing me in front of me bs colleagues!!

Thurman makes it easy to dislike him. He's planning 2020 fights, which means he ain't doing **** in 2019.

Wasn’t 2018 is “get back” year? He’s been taking it easy since his last fight two years ago.

It’s still 2018, and Thurman is telling us that he won’t face a legit threat till 2020?
Leonard, Duran and Hearns must be shaking their heads at what has become of their division.

Then when Thurman is finally ready to take a fight that people are interested in someone will get hurt. Then someone will claim they're the "A-Side" and can't get a fair deal done. After that the fighters will all sign with different networks and on and on it goes. Boxing can be an irritating sport to follow.

If his 3 fights in 2019 are Lopez, Porter, and the Pac-AB winner, can you really be mad?
And then fights Spence and Crawford in 2020.

2-3 fights in 2019, 2020 will come quickly so if we have to wait until 2020 for Wilder vs AJ and Spence Jr vs Crawford, Thurman vs Spence Jr then so be it BUT when 2020 comes don't back out and make more excuses and change it to 2021

I think Thurman 2019 will look something like this:
                vs Josesito Lopez
vs Winner of Ugas vs Porter
vs Alexander Bes*****, Jamal James or Jesse Vargas for WBA Mandatory Obligations

of course that is IF he can stay Healthy

Thurman’s plan of waiting out Spence is working masterfully, he will wait till he see’s a surefire weakness in both Spence and Crawford’s styles!

It’s ingenious actually, he knows they both know his weaknesses but he doesn’t know much about theirs and needs more tape!

Also doesn’t hurt he wants them both to get a bit more war torn an older so he can be more fresh of the bunch and the advantage in that department!

No doubt in my mind Thurman knows Spence is absolutely killing himself to make 147 and will jump at the right opportunity and he knows Crawford is getting older an will slow down and eventually Crawford fighting all those bums in Top Ranks stable won’t keep him sharp!

Thurman is the smarter fighter at 147, he knows what he’s doing! He knew Danny was too small, footwork too slow and throws too little punches to be effective for him minus the left hook and knew Porter struggles to make 147 so he waited him out a bit and knew Porter will come forward, tough fight but the victory is what matters!

Thurman is #1 until he gets beaten and so far he still has his 0!
