Hearn is getting a lot of stick but let's be real, none of the guys he has signed are ticket sellers. Andrade has NEVER been a ticket seller, Big Baby really hadn't headlined any legit card minus some Friday Sho BOX cards, Farmer is a no namer (good fighter though) and then Vargas only headlined as a B-sider. Sure he shouldn't have talked crap about other promoters and fighters and how poorly they sell as it has come back to bite him, but he's essentially going to a gun fight with a butter knife. Should have put Seanie on this card as he would have helped move tickets.
There is a reason the biggest ticket sellers for him have been Nico Hernandez and Thomas Adamek.

They'll never be ticket sellers fighting in front of thousands of people while his rivals Jermall and Jermell are getting 2 million viewers.

No doubt short term guys on DAZN will be taking a hit popularity wise. They won't be able to grow their "profile" as Hearn likes to say. They weren't ticket sellers beforehand and they sure won't end up being one now either. Definitely will be getting paid well though lol.

So basically Hearn needs name fighters in order to sell tickets. He isn't some super promoter with fresh, brilliant ideas that are going to revolutionize the American boxing market.
