Comments Thread For: Coldwell Reflects on Bellew's Loss To Usyk, World Title Run

IT has been over a month since the night Dave Coldwell describes as the most heart-breaking of his coaching career. See what happened was David Haye was as shot a fighter as i have ever seen but bellew beating him made people forget that Bellew is really just a european level fighter

That usyk fight was no surprise to me in fact the only surprise was how well bellew did for the first 5-6 rounds, that was a poor nights work by usyk as far as im concerned

Try watching it again without the ridiculously biased pro Bellew commentary from Tony's pals at Sky.

That was masterclass from Usyk in how to break down and KO a tough, experienced, world class opponent who came in with a good game plan and tried his best to stick to it.
