Comments Thread For: Tony Harrison: The Only Thing I Want Is A Rematch With Hurd

NEW YORK Tony Harrison has a contractual obligation to grant Jermell Charlo an immediate rematch. According to Charlo, their rematch clause should guarantee him an opportunity to win back his title within four months of Saturday night. Harrison has his sights set on another rematch.

They should just fight next. It’s not going to get any better.

Don't think Harrison can handle that pressure from Hurd. Harrison can crack but he seems to lack the physicality and strength to keep Hurd off him for 12 rounds.

This dumbass just saw how a "tuneup" or "showcase" fight can derail bigger plans and he wants to talk about another fight in-between a charlo or hurd rematch.

I hope these types of stay busy fights keep blowing up in these fighter's faces so we can start getting the matchups we want sooner.

We could avoid all these controversial draws if we went back to the London Prize Ring Rules. The round only ended when someone was knocked down. Fight was only over once someone couldn’t continue.

Harrison lost 118-110 and was gifted a championship via robbery. Not even a close fight at all. This guy was not landing hard counters and was in retreat like a beta male all night long. Boxing is a joke. Charlo's should go to DAZN. PBC doing everything to protect Soft Jarrett Hurd from the Charlo's before cashing him out with Canelo.

I respect Harrison now because he wants to fight Hurd. He just beat Charlo. The charlos do everything but fight the best. Now we all see why, they don't have what it takes and they know it. That's why they wanted the quick cash out fights. #CheatinCharlos #softboigang

While Harrison is going for Hurd, Charlo needs to fight the winner of Brain Carlos Castano vs. Erslandy Lara!

If I was Hurd, I would target Jermall Charlo, instead of Jermell! That would be a bigger event, and the big money fights are at 160! Fighting J-Rock is unnecessary!

Tony Harrison vs. Erickson Lubin in Detroit! Make It Happen!

I respect Harrison for wanting to fight The Real Swift Hurd.....Hurd is no walk in the park and I saw the Charlo avoid HURD....So no rematch between Harrison and charlo....make charlo earn it through HURD if he (charlo) wants to be a Marquee Fighter.
