Hard to say since he hasn't fought at that weight, but he has the size, so if he carries his power and speed, he should do well against all of them.
Im an amateur boxer from dallas and ive sparred spence a couple time. He competed at 152 in amateur and started his career at 154 before moving down. He has experience there and can take the punches but itll be interesting to see how he does against bigger punchers because ive seen him hurt a few times

I knew that he fought at that weight in the amateur's, but it's hard to gauge a fighter based on amateur experience, guys like Charlo, Hurd and Munguia are heavy hitters. I think he would do well, but I'd like to see him go against a guy like Lara and see how he does.
IF Spence can retain his power & take 154lbs punches then sky is the limit Jr. Middleweight.
Out of that bunch... (I won't count Mell Charlo because they would prob never fight)
Hurd & Munguia are giants & would give Spence problems.
Let's see what happens doe
