The WBO sanctioning fee for a Unified Champion shall be two percent (2%) of his purse with a minimum of $1,000 up to a maximum of $200,000. Nah they like the money that they're making so why change it? They are way too greedy and have already shown a lack of respect for the sport so it will never change.

Belts dont mean as much when you are able to put asses in the seats but if you are like Bernard Hopkins for instance during his MW days, you need all the belts you cAn as bargaining tool.

To boring ass fighters like Bernard and other guys, belt means everything.
