      It's the old WMAC Masters concept, pretty much.

      Hurd and Jermell are on top of hill, Lara just below that, and then there's a bit of a gap before you get to JRock/Brook/Castano/Soro, another gap, and then you're about where Trout/Ishe are, and then under that you've got the pups trying to break through (Gallimore, Hatley, Lubin, etc).

      Ishe Smith, at this point in his career, is the ultimate trial horse; if you can hang with Ishe, you're good enough to jump into the deep end with the sharks. If you're not, you either need more seasoning, or you're simply not good enough.
