It comes down to intelligence. If he was a random guy on the street who committed the same crimes you would wish ill upon him but he's a famous athlete so the situation throws people with very low IQ scores into a cyclone.

I'm not even really treating it as a matter of moral differences. What he did is universally wrong in every culture. Some people are just too genetically dumb to think logically when it comes to celebrities/athletes/etc and it's scary as hell thinking of them making any decisions that may affect children or society in general.

Totally agreed. The problem would be implementing such ideas at lower levels. Need to come up with some new and improved, cost-effective health and safety procedures in these instances. Eddie Hearn is literally a shark who convinces a lot of people otherwise with his niceguy persona on IFL interviews. But it's things like what you mentioned, feeding Brook to Golovkin, feeding Fielding to Canelo, that give you glimpses of what he's really like. Oh yea he's best mates with Bellew, but he'll let him totter around the arena in a daze for 25 mins after getting his brain violently cannoned around his cranium for a bit of added drama.

I seriously doubt he will make a full recovery. In fact there's no way he'll ever be back to his previous physical and mental condition. You just don't recover FULLY after having that kind of head trauma and being in a coma for almost 4 weeks.
