if i were charlo id be very wary of entering into testing bankrolled by a major drugs cheat with a personal issue with me and a testing company that seems highly corruptible

Considering that Monroe - who legit IS a SNAC advocate - failed a test, makes you kinda wonder about Conte's motivations. Likely trying to save face over his new undetectable stuff.
